Beautiful patio and fast internet (wi-fi). Free mate available 24/7.
Absent-minded staff. Within 3 days we spoke to at least 10 persons, who seem not to communicate with each other, which makes any arrangements difficult. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely cold!

Stayed here for two non-consecutive nights and had a better experience the second night than the first. Awesome location: very close to the main Plaza and within walking distance of everything we did in Cusco. The second night we were in a double on the second floor which was small, but we weren't spending much time in the room. Water was very hot and great pressure. Free coca tea for the altitude. Friendly, English- speaking staff. Front desk called us a taxi to the airport which arrived in less than 10 minutes and was about S. 12 (less than the 25 we had paid to get there). The hotel seemed clean and there were warm blankets for the beds, which was good because it was cold. Cute courtyard. Free wireless and 15 minutes free per guest on the computer.
The first night in the triple room was not so good. The room was huge, but that made it very cold (in February, Peruvian summer), but the smaller double room we had the next night was warmer. There was no hot water at all in the shower (though to be fair, we didn't tell them at the desk until afterwards, when they said they could fix it). There was breakfast but it started at 6:30 and we left before that both mornings. Overall not the best experience, but also pretty cheap ($39 for a triple).

Bedding was extremely disgusting - there was blood on my sheets. And there was a chain smoker of some sort smoking nonstop from 2-4am (not to mention chatting with some lady for that whole duration).
